Our project was a screened in porch. We were comfortable with KP Contracting from start to finish. The most important thing when dealing with contractors is 'COMMUNICATION'. They were very responsive and kept us appraised of every step of the process. Whether by email, text, or phone call, we always got the answers we needed throughout the process. The ENTIRE project team and family was great. They truly epitomize the meaning of 'Great Customer Service'. If we have other projects, we need we would definitely use them again.
We had our deck designed and built by KP Contracting. All members from the owners to the builders of this company were professional at all times. We truly appreciated their patience. Our faith and trust in them were well rewarded. I have recommended them to friends and family.
