KP Homescapes recently built us a screened-in composite deck. Our friends say our deck is the nicest deck in the neighborhood! Our project manager Micah, was extremely helpful throughout the project and very responsive during numerous (on our part) last minute changes. We would highly recommend KP Homescapes to everyone, definite 5 of 5 stars! Also thank you Phillip for initiating the project and counseling us on your floor plans. KP homescapes designed and delivered a gorgeous deck that almost a year later I am still wondering what took us so long to have this built . We initially had reached out to Phillip from KP Homescapes back in 2023 but it took us several years to save up for what we ultimately wanted. Phillip maintained in touch with professionalism and encouragement the entire time. After designing a deck that met our needs, we met up to walk-through options for deck materials. He never got frustrated or irritated with my numerous questions and in the end his Team delivered an absolutely beautiful deck with no flaws. Everything was on point. The job went well…deck 17’x14’ was up in three days with one day for inspection. The deck crew was here before I got out of bed and worked full days, and they cleaned up the work area real good at the end of each day. The project started on time and ended ahead of schedule. Micah the onsite supervisor did a great job overseeing the work of his crew. Philip, the Sr. Design Consultant was accessible for questions and open to reasonable ideas, exceptional in presentation and delivery and paid attention to details. The KP office staff were very efficient and stayed in contact from start to finish.
