I would highly recommend this company as you will end up with a great product and experience.
My deck, 10 by 12, was just completed in one day with the final inspection completed the very next morning.
The entire team Phillip, Betty and Micah were responsive and worked me through the entire process. They were professional but still had the family touch. Thanks for all the hardwork!
KP Homescapes is now family! They are extremely professional and kind; during the entire process I was informed of every step or delay. From the first day that Phillip came to our home to discuss the process, weekly reports from Betty, Micah and Kola answering my many questions and even Karen in the pay process - everyone was so kind and welcoming! I have definitely referred them to my friends so if you need a patio, deck or sunroom- hurry and book them because they are about to be super busy! Highly recommend! (Here’s a sneak peek of my favorite place!🥰)
KP Homescapes recently built us a screened-in composite deck. Our friends say our deck is the nicest deck in the neighborhood! Our project manager Micah, was extremely helpful throughout the project and very responsive during numerous (on our part) last minute changes. We would highly recommend KP Homescapes to everyone, definite 5 of 5 stars! Also thank you Phillip for initiating the project and counseling us on your floor plans. You’re exceptionally helpful in the plan coming to “life”. I also want to add KP Homescapes customer service, billing (Karen, Betty and Karen) and friendliness is top-notch!!
