i understand they are short staffed. i checked in online ,saw the wait time and when I arrived at the store there was a sign saying they were closing at noon!… Why did I waste my gas and time to get there? Extremely frustrating!… The stylists said “ I can’t take you today “ and closed and locked the door behind me. They should honor their own , online check in system but apparently they do no not

Awesomeness! Kat is the manager and a true goddess and expert stylist! Truly blessed to have found her. I don’t care how long I have to wait for a haircut, Kat is well worth the wait.
