I definitely see the complaints online but I had an exceptional experience. I almost fell asleep! I hadn’t had a pedicure in way too long and the man that took care of me was excellent. My daughter also had hers done and they did a good job on both. Over a week later with five days at the beach and my polish still looks great!

Kim does an amazing job! She is the only one I let touch my nails. Any time anyone else there touches my nails they do a terrible job. Not only is Kim amazing at her job but she is so sweet. She makes sure you are getting the right shade, always showing you different colors of the shade you are interested in, to make sure you get the one you really want. She takes her time with you unlike everyone else there who rushes to get you in and out. She always makes sure you leave with the most perfect nails. This was my first visit to this salon, I ordered a gel mani and a pedi. In order to remove the old gel from my natural nails she used a dremel for most of the removal, then painted on a remover for the bit that remained. This is 2 out of 2 salons in LaPlata that did this and I am left with paper thin nails. The mani station was worn and lacking cleanliness. There seems to be no emphasis on the health of your nails here and for these reasons I won’t return. The pedi was better, a different technician. A decent massage, exfoliation, and paraffin treatment was good. This is the only reason I’m giving stars. Total cost was $110, overpriced for the service.
