I received five star treatment from start to finish. Called Joe on a Friday of a holiday weekend, got an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. It could have been done on Wednesday, but it rained all day.

Joe explained chimney caps to me like I was five years old, in the most respectful way. He explained how the chimney would need two caps because usually the furnace vents through the chimney. He explained how to check for myself in the basement. He was right.
