Scott was great. I brought my car in with suspected mold, and he tested the carpets and didn't find any moisture. Instead of pressuring my into getting mold treatment done anyway, he recommended some products to help minimize any smells, recommended I change my cabin air filter, and to wait another month--recommending that if I had a small amount of mold, it would grow, and it would be obvious by then. He encouraged me to call or return any time to ask any questions, if they pop up.
It's refreshing to visit a place that doesn't pressure you into getting things you don't actually need!

Was having headaches and other reactions driving my car, I took it to Tim for a deep cleaning and he found mold under the carpeting! He thoroughly cleaned the car and sanded/sealed the affected areas. No more reactions! He also told me the likely (and confirmed) source of the problem that I was able to fix: Kia and Toyota have narrow drainage tubes, if they get blocked water builds up inside ( hence the mold). Tim also gave great suggestions that helped me maximize my insurance refund. Highly recommend for CIRS patients!

Unbelievable customer service! I had a car which we suspected had mold and it was so wonderful to find Mobile One!! He was so patient and very thorough explaining the whole process. We decided to sell the car instead of trying to remedy it so never had it detailed BUT had to leave wonderful review after receiving such good customer service in the planning. Thank you!!!
