I made an appointment here and received texts on multiple days to confirm, which I did. Got to my appointment and was told he was cracked a rib and could not work that week. Apparently they texted me while I was at work and I did not get the message. I understand but I was disappointed and said I would not be back. He was very rude and unprofessional, using the F-word multiple times. I would not recommend.
Whoa! Look no further. We heard about Mark in our neighborhood list serve. My wife has been searching for a place like this for years. (No Joke). Mark without hesitation, was able to squeeze her in before a family reunion. She's already scheduled her next appointment and I'm sure our daughter isn't far behind.
Mark is fabulous! I needed a salon since we are in DC working, and found Mark through Paul Mitchell salon finder. What a stroke of luck! He's fun, welcoming, and a super knowledgeable stylist. He cut & colored my hair perfectly and I can't wait to go back. Just sad he's not from my home town!!
