I see Jackie at this salon, she is wonderful. I have black hair, and have seen her multiple times for blonde highlights. She is very thorough with the highlight process, and has a very friendly and upbeat personality. Jackie is very communicative about picking the right shade of toner afterwards. I’ve had strangers ask me where I get my highlights from.I find the prices are reasonable, pretty much what you would pay anywhere in this area.
