I had the most exceptional experience today at Kensington hair Cuttery. After being warmly welcomed By the assistant manager, I was checked in and quickly seated by my Stylist, Grizelda, who was able to understand exactly what I wanted. The entire facility ran extremely efficiently and was scrupulously clean. My haircut was exactly what I wanted and actually even better than I expected. The Assistant manager deserves many kudos for handling all manners of customer service issues in a highly professional and sophisticated manner. I firmly believe she has a strong future in the world of management and business. I will definitely be back!
