“Scott was great. I brought my car in with suspected mold, and he tested the carpets and didn't find any moisture. Instead of pressuring my into getting mold treatment done anyway, he recommended some products to help minimize any smells, recommended I change my cabin air filter, and to wait another month--recommending that if I had a small amount of mold, it would grow, and it would be obvious by then. He encouraged me to call or return any time to ask any questions, if they pop up.

“I’m a working single mom of an 8 month old. My car suffered from food stains, beach trip after effects and commuter car scuffs. My detailer Elvis called before arriving and besides doing a great job with my car he was polite and professional. I had upholstery stains that were removed, sand and crumbs in crevices gone, and it looked and smelled like a new car. The outside looks great. This is a great service for those who have so much to do all the time but know that a deep clean just helps maintain everyone’s sanity. Company communication was clear and succinct and supportive. It took roughly three hours for my Subaru hatchback and it made all the difference for me to be able to get home chores done with my baby while this service was being done. My only regret was not taking before pictures.“

“I've really appreciated working with Will on the ceramic coating for our vehicle thus far. It's been a very complicated process for both of us because I needed to have our vehicle recoated for four different reasons applying to different parts of the vehicle, including that the original coating done by someone else was not applied properly, which has meant he has needed to generating unique invoices for each of the pieces of work, and the understanding of the work that needed to be done has evolved a bit as well over time.

Will has been very flexible in modifying the invoices as needed to ensure the work associated with each job is accurately captured. We're still in the process of working through the various jobs, but he has communicated clearly with me from the start with no questionable issues, and thus far I have felt that he has tried to be fair and honest with me, and tried to work out the best deal possible across the various pieces of work.“

“If you are trying to get dentless paint n repair on your car along with hail repair, this is your place to go. You will be greeted by the amazing owner of the business who will walk you through the process and not sell you anything that you dont need. They are pretty quick in giving you your ride back, not holding for weeks n weeks. I would also suggest getting ceramic coating from them since I got that too. They revive your car along with free interior detailing. 10/10 in service, performance and after sales.“

“The customer service that’s found at Bethesda Detailers can be hard to come by elsewhere. I also have been very pleased with the detailing work and I like their loyalty/points system.

Additionally, I had window tints installed. After my initial installation, I had a personal concern about the “Venetian blind” or “ladder” effect in the rear window. When I reached out about this concern, Josh was communicative and resourceful in offering solutions. My only feedback about the experience would be that for someone like me who never had tints before, a heads up about the effect might have helped me to make a more informed decision from the start. However, it all eventually worked out. Josh even went as far as replacing the rear glass when the defroster was affected from attempting to fix the ladder effect. He kept me informed throughout the resolution process, including following up to ensure everything was working properly afterward. I am a happy returning customer.“

“Dan has detailed at least 3 of my cars multiple times through the years, and I couldn’t recommend him more. As other reviews mention, he has a great attention to detail and really takes his time with each vehicle. All of my cars have been older (99, 03, 07) with different interiors and materials, and he knows what/what not to use to ensure the older plastics and leathers do not get damaged, but still very clean! He is very responsive and polite. He also sends a payment link for the initial deposit and the final invoice, which makes it so much easier for me to pay, since I’m usually at work while he’s detailing my car at home.
