The walker always send a nice note and picture. I don't worry about Foxy being home alone when I take a day trip. The walker also will do small extras like picking up the mail and bringing it in the house.
Noele is incredibly helpful and kind! I called to schedule cat sitting on short notice as a first time customer. Not only did Noele fit us in the schedule (not an easy task as I wanted two visits on each weekend day) but she also recommended special music designed to keep cats calm and comforted while I'm away. This is a business with a wonderful reputation in our Bethesda neighborhood. Don't hesitate to book with this service! Many of my neighbors love this service too!
We are very happy with the service we get from A Walk in The Park. The online scheduling system works well and they maintain good communications while you are away. The daily visit summaries and photos are great. When we were concerned about the reported behavior of one of our pets, they sent a senior person over just to check on him. What a relief to get their call that he was OK. You could hear the concern in their voice as well.`
