We had G.J. Goss replace our siding, shutters, and gutters. They also installed gutter guards. Everyone involved in this project from the office staff, sales rep/estimator, and the installation team were fabulous. They were very respectful of our property and us. The installation team members were very meticulous with their work. Our 57-year-old house now looks brand new.
Trent and Philip were friendly and accommodating guys. I found them easy to work with and they felt trustworthy (and proved themselves to be). The work itself seems to have been done perfectly well as far as I can tell. It looks good from the street, and it’s been about 3 months now, during which time I can report zero leaking or tiles blown away. The price itself was also very fair. Amongst the estimates I gathered, I received 2 other quotes that were more money while also feeling like they were less dependable or high quality! I am very happy with Goss and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a roof (and/or gutters).
I received three estimates for my roof; not only was Goss the fairest, but they treated me with the utmost respect throughout. Trent arrived on time, inspected my roof, and gave me an estimate. No sales pitch, no pressure, no BS. Their attention to details big & small, meant the world. These guys are old-school and do it the right way. Thank you!
