Five Star plumbing was prompt and William explained what needed to be done and why. We were selling our condo and the inspection identified a dripping valve supplying the hot water heater. William explained that the gate valve was no longer code and needed to be replaced with a ball valve. He completed the replacement in under a hour. Excellent service.
Overall the work was very good, but there were issues with reversing the hot and cold lines in the powder room and two minor leaks. The technician returned and fixed all the problems.
I had my dryer vent cleaned, because I experienced severe heat in my laundry room. After the tech was here about 5 minutes he found the problem, the vent had disconected from the dryer and was blowing hot air directly into the laundry room. So happy to have it fixed.
