I called ADP because I was referred to them from a friend originally. I was glad I did. They showed up at the appointed time and were super easy to work with. I was pleasantly surprised by the fair price they offered as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Inspection with ADP went well. Service was on time, report was delivered in 24 hours and allows us to meet the due diligence deadline. I removed the one point simply because ADP conducted a radon test for us, it would have otherwise been 5 stars!

Through and aware! I had a client bring Rodney Winstead of A.D.P. inspection in for their purchase. I had not heard of this inspector in my career so was unsure. Wow! Rodney Winstead's fresh in his knowledge and very careful. While it is your instinct to refer companies who you've used for soo long, sometimes inspectors retire or perhaps burn out. So the idea of jumping ship to a new inspector is not without hesitation and doubt. But Rodney Winstead has really proved he will be in this for some time and that if you have also lost your preferred inspector over time, seriously consider giving Rodney Winstead a shot!
