Walter came out to repair the fascia on my roof. He explained the issue and didn't overcharge me as other companies would. Walter saved me money and described further damage that could present problems costing me thousands. I plan to use Walter in the future for other home improvement projects. Walter’s team finished a portion of our basement and turned it into a beautiful bedroom and full bath. We received quite a few quotes and even refusals to take the job until we finally found Walter. We have been so happy working with Walter and his team throughout our project and the results are beautiful. To begin with, we really appreciated that he fit us into his busy schedule quickly because he knew our only shower was out of commission. He is very responsive and quick to get back to you about any questions. He is patient and never made me feel like a bother (even though I am sure I was sometimes!). We are really concerned about Covid and he and his team were great about wearing N95 masks we provided. Of course, the workmanship is impressive and we love our new shower but what really elevates this company is the customer service.
