I have had the pleasure of having Rasevic at two of the condominium properties I manage in the DC/Bethesda area. They always have provided me with great service. They work very well with my landscape committees and provided beautiful designs for plantings that satisfied all involve. Their crews are professional and thorough. I recently contracted with Rasevic Landscape Company to demolish and rebuild my backyard hardscape, driveway and fence. Rasevic provided excellent service and I love the completed project. Here are some relevant points related to my 5 star rating: 1) They were timely and communicative. 2) I did not feel "nickel and dimed". 3) Once the project started they worked to completion rather that providing start/stop onsite services 4) There were no surprises. 5) The work crews were focused, hardworking individuals who cleaned up after each day's work. 6) The workmanship is excellent (and I've done many projects in the past). 7. The job was completed within the promised timeframe. All in all - quality customer service and quality project. I wouldn't hesitate to use Rasevic Landscape Company again.
