The store is bright and organized, with a nice selection of frames. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Dr. Kang explained everything clearly and answered any questions that we had. It was a great experience overall.
Where should I start….. When you walk into the building, the staff acknowledged you and the greetings were inviting and friendly, especially from the Manager Dawn. Dawn has next level customer service. She went above and beyond customer service to help my son. Dawn called around to different Lenscrafters to see if they had the type of lenses that my son needed. We were working with a short deadline in order to have the prescription fulfilled in time. Not only did Dawn called around to different LensCrafters while we were there, but she continued to our surprise, snd she found the lenses at a different locations.
