Had about 3 plus years and love it!!! We get anything and everything. Even blackout ball games. At first thought I'll never figure this out but once you do it's the best ever. It's a shame i have to pay 75 just for internet and only 29.99 for every channel you can think of. You wont be disappointed once you figure it out.

Bernard was extremely helpful with an upgrade to Windows 10 and elimination of a virus. Future work includes additional hard drive capacity. Great to support small business of Calvert County. Bernard is congenial but definitely knows computers. Talked a "language" even this non-techie" could understand.
