Our family has been so blessed to be able to have Assured Comfort as our primary HVAC service company. When we moved to the area 3 years ago they helped us with our aging HVAC units. They have always responded quickly and even helped keep our house from freezing one winter while we were out of state. Both units have since been replaced (the second one today). The equipment pricing and service are very fair. We love working with Debbie in the office. She’s very responsive and a pleasure to work with. 11/22/24 UPDATE: Two technicians inspected the issue, reconnected the exposed duct, sealed it with mastic duct seal, and wrapped it with industry standard duct wrap. My concern with the previous work is that reused equipment should have been thoroughly inspected for functionality, as it wasn't and led to wasted time and costs. I appreciate Debbie for resolving the matter and Chris for his honest, hard work. New photos in comments.
