I love love love Steve! Very personable and took time to explain everything. I can't express how great it feels to hear the sound of ice producing after over a year of buying ice bags at the grocery store. He also fixed the refrigerator side with a new motor. The office staff was also wonderful.
Steve came out to troubleshoot our kitchenaid fridge, unfortunately it needed to be replaced. I ordered and the delivery guys(via Costco) would not install it due to brass water coupling. I called Appliance guys and Steve came out the next day first thing to get it hooked up. I can't recommend these guys enough, they know their stuff and are timely and professional.
