Stopped by Nathan's today and she would not even open the door. I asked her for a quote and how much it would cost and she told me two days and no price range. Mind you I just watched another man receive service before me no less. This place is not customer friendly and you can tell by its very location. Sometimes when people tell you NO it's GOD answering on behalf of your peace of mind.

One star is the lowest. This place is not deserving of that. This is an update from my previous review. I picked up my shoes for the second time. One shoe still was half repaired. She tried to make me pay extra to complete the job and proceeded to put her finger in my face. All the while saying she does not like me. I told her I paid $25 plus tax already and what you're not going to do is put your hand in my face! I do have my receipt. She got quiet after that. Needless to say, I did not leave my shoe with her this time around. Just as the other reviews say...I do believe she is racist and extremely rude.
