“I've gone to Amax consistently for over a year and they're the best dry cleaning service in the area. I don't know why the reviews are so bad (maybe management turned over). I've only experienced absolute hospitality, flexibility, and professionalism from the Women who work here. Prices are consistent and fair, and everything comes back clean and well-handled. They also have a tailor who comes weekly to do alterations, and they do an amazing job. I've had multiple pairs of pants altered at the waist, hip, and ankle to satisfaction. I've seen others have leather/pleather worked on as well. The team is super hardworking and will take time to talk to you about more bespoke issues, like cashmere that's been shrunken or odd stains that won't come out.I don't normally leave reviews, but this place needs a rating closer to 5 stars.“

“My favorite cleaner and tailor! Even tho I have plenty of cleaners located closer to my house, I still go to Lee’s. His tailoring is top notch!For example I’m showing the shorts that I brought in as pants. I was worried if the hem was going to be visible and definitely didn’t want that. But I didn’t even have to explain this, I just brought in my pants and said I want shorts. We measured the length and I left. When I picked them up I was absolutely stunned at how well done that hem looked! It looked as if the brand itself did it. No stitch is visible on the outside and the edge is neatly hidden under a strip of fabric. Such light and delicate work, looks hand sewn.I also brought in pants to be shortened and they came out just as well done every time.And as for cleaning - I have brought in delicate silk blouses and they always came back pristine. Even the ones that had lipstick stains on them. And the pressing job always looks so good! You notice the difference when you’ve had your shirts messed up before when they add a new crease every time you bring it in. Never happens at Lee’s. Highly recommend this place!“

“We had ordered linens from an online company and realized the day before that they wouldn't arrive in time. We found Pinnacle linens online and they could provide the exact linens we needed that day. Not to mention they were cheaper and more lenient than the other rental companies. For instance because our event was the next day, we would have had to essentially rent for two days which would have been a huge waste of money. We were thankful that they gave us until the day after the event to return them. Lastly, they had the linens pressed and ready for us within an hour of contacting them. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of their linens and their service and will be using them from this point foward.“
