My mom transitioned August 24,2024. Since October I have been trying to get information about when her marker would be set. There was a lot of confusion with staff. I got to speak with the manager Mr Charles Smith, with my concerns. Moms bday was February 9, 2025, my family wanted to put flowers down on her gravesite. Mr Smith reassured me that he would make sure that we could pay our respects to my mom. He did what he said he would do, and my family was very pleased with the results.
Sharia and her team were wonderful from start to finish. She stayed in constant communication with my family, updating us whenever necessary. The process was seamless and it felt like they went above and beyond to ensure my father's homegoing was immaculate. I would highly recommend this team!
