    Started just over a year ago and the transformation working with Jake has been amazing. People say they haven't seen me so strong and healthy in 20 years. I feel fantastic and look forward to every work out. Jake is a great accountability partner and has designed workouts that help me get stronger without injury.

    This is THE place to get back in shape. For me, I was looking for help to get through the tough 3 months back into training after a back surgery a little over a year ago. Not only did I get the help and support necessary to be consistent and accountable, but Jake turns out to be expert at navigating the little problems I have as leftovers from nerve damage and arthritis. We push a little bit every week and my growth over a period of three months has been miraculous. Lost an inch and maybe 3 pounds, but gained tons of strength and endurance. Ready for my dream surf trip back to Costa Rica next week!! Woooo!

    I came to SITP with a goal of becoming stronger and fitter. I have never been in a strength or fitness program before in my now 5 plus decades of life so Jake had his work cut out for him. He created a program that was challenging and fun and he was there with me with for every movement I made for two months of personal training 2-3 times/week teaching me how to use my body correctly. During this time I slowly started to meet my goals but never got hurt. I now attend classes with a great group of people that never judge and are always encouraging.
