This place is a hidden gem! The vet is great but the support staff are amazing!!! Im constantly relying on the vet techs who are like vets themselves with loads of experience. Thank you everyone at Highland, we love you and can’t recommend you enough!

I have been going to my regular vet for nearly 20 years but when I was unable to be fit in for a very concerning medical situation a day before a holiday, I called several places near me in an ever widening search and was not able to get a last minute appt. Then a vet tech at another clinic near me suggested Highland as a place where her family member was able to get a last minute appt in a similar situation. I said I'd looked online but their (Highland's) closing time was fast approaching and I wouldn't make it. She said try anyway. Adopted a stray cat, and had trouble getting him in the store. The guy there went out and like the cat whisperer, managed to get him into the carrier and the store. The proceeding checkup and vaccination went so smoothly it was like magic. Definitely a place where everyone knows their stuff.
