Wrights did everything they were hired to, on time and at a fair price. A very pleasant experience and not so common these days. I would use them again without hesitation.

Thank you Joe for providing stellar service today! I previously had a not so pleasant experience with another towing company earlier in the day. That driver was not able to assist me. On the other hand, Joe - you came in and got straight to work and had my car towed to the dealership in no time!!! Once Joe made it to Ourisman in Laurel, he informed me that the car had been delivered! Now, THAT'S EXCELLENT SERVICE. This car has been towed quite a bit, (due to recalls and repairs for them). I know this is supposed to be a review of business BUT I have to share ...I can tell that Joe is a good guy, and I think that matters... especially for women who may find themselves needing a tow! He was kind, warm, patient and very helpful.
Okay so back to the review: I was stranded on the side of the highway with a flat tire. My emergency contact couldn't make it to me in a good amount of time so he connected me with Joe(which says a lot right there!). Joe got to me quickly, I think it was like 30-35 minutes. Anyways from the moment he called I knew I was in good hands. He shared his expertise with me and offered ways to help. He knew the area... read full review
