Absolutely love the products and service I've received. I have purchased signature confirmation every time though and the packages are always left without a signature. It's a little nerve-wracking when several hundred dollars of equipment are simply left on your porch especially when you've paid for that confirmation at check out. Unsure if this is an issues with Painful Pleasures or with the carrier but has happened with every single purchase so far. But otherwise, packaging is on point, never broken bottles, and super quick shipping. Thank you!

I feel confident that I’m buying quality items. The amount of knock offs (from places with little to no standards in manufacturing) that are offered on everyone’s go-to online marketplace are questionable at best. Stick with painful pleasures, get fast shipping and know you’re getting the real deal!
