I use to love this place but moved further away. Today decided to drive there with my husband and get 2 pedicures with callous remover. For the first 5 min spent telling them no to upgrades . Then the two techs spent the rest of the time talking to each other only stopping to ask me again and again and again to upgrade to gel polish. The pedicure it self was basic and the pallette of colors they gave me to chose from the 2 I wanted were out the tech ended up layer a base color and a glitter polish on top which turned out nice except big toe they clearly had a hard time getting the polish finished with a clean line. I stopped in for a quick manicure and was a little disappointed. A person came into the shop and handed the nail tech her phone so that she could speak to whoever was on the other end of the phone. I feel if she had been paying more attention, she wouldn’t have cut my cuticle to the point of bleeding.Service: Manicure

I don't know how a $25 fill in ended up costing me $40. I didn't get anything that would cost an additional amount. I have the most basic, short, one color, no design, no gel, square nail you can have. I understand there's a "+" at the end of the $25 but jeez, what a rip off. I'm giving two stars because the guy who did my nails was very nice and did a better job than the last place I went (even though he did cut my cuticle and make me bleed) - I won't be returning.
