I have been a patient of Dr. Meah's practice for the past few years. He is skilled and professional. I had a great experience during my treatment, and every procedure was painless. The front desk team is knowledgeable and explains the procedures clearly. My entire family comes here regularly.
Don’t like receptionists, they very condescending for no reason. They seem fake, disgruntled and hasty employees while putting on smile. I can see right through it. But I’m still respectful despite it. Dr. Meah and his assistant seems decent but they rush their work. Need to be more patient and to make sure the customer is satisfied with the workmanship first before moving on to the next customer. Moral of the story is customer service and satisfaction needs improvement, it’s new year and people got options if not satisfied.
Been going to Meah Family dentistry for roughly 7 years. The doctor has always been thoughtful, attentive and efficient. His assistants and general staff are always helpful and strive to put their patients needs first.
