My husband and I were patients there The dentist told me I had a root canal & needed to see an endodontist. I asked if they had a referral. They gentlemen at the front desi said I needed to find one myself. I did & did not have a root canal. Cost me a couple hun dollars though. Then my husband had a implant done. After he completed his implant at the orthodontist, the dental office refused to apply his insurance to his plan. We decided to go somewhere else. The office staff was extremely rude to my husband & myself.

The man that work there at the front desk is not customer friendly. They could not explain charges. Pay close attention to your billing. The insurance company verified that they were never billed. The man was mad because I wanted answers and told me that I was done and could leave. They need to let him go he is bad for business. When I asked his name he never released.
I like that it's right across from my doctor's office, give it a shot. Filling came out and Dr. Burns did an excellent job.I'm guessing the people complaining about the receptionist were rude to him because I never had a problem.
