Service was prompt and the tailor was very nice. The cost of the hem was high based on my experience but it was done well and quick. I returned the following day to have another pair of pants taken in and that was nicely completed - again within 40 minutes. I will use their service again. Thanks.

I arrived with a recently purchased suit that I needed tailored in less than a week for a wedding. I arrived the day before I was to leave town AFTER the shop was closed. After reaching out I was allowed to have the store open the shop and retrieve my garments. That alone is great customer service. They didnt have to work with after all I showed up late. I also brought the jacket back after I got back into town NOT because it was done correctly. I had another suit I and wanted to replicate the fit a bit closer. This was completed at no charge. That's how you keep a customer. #NewTailor
