This is a clean facility and I was able to be seen quickly being the only patient at the time I arrived. The gentleman and the front desk was very nice. I couldn’t help but feel lack of compassion from the Dr that evaluated me. It was very discouraging and had the sense that I was being a bother. When asked about my symptoms I described the best I could (chest pain) and she seemed irritated and didn’t seem to “understand” what I tried to explain. They did the bare minimum with a Covid test (negative) and EKG (possibly abnormal) basically sent me on my way home to follow up with my PCP. Pleasantly welcomed by Akira when I first arrived which was carried throughout the entire process of my visit with each team member. Diagnosed quickly with recommendations and prescriptions. Highly recommend their services.
