Hey, I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to recognize Bob’s Auto Collision, specifically Josh and Leah.
As you probably know, the reputation of mechanics isn’t always the best. I’ll be honest — I went into this process expecting the worst. But Josh completely changed my perspective. This wasn’t a short or simple situation, yet he somehow made it feel as easy as 1, 2, 3.

The customer service was top tier! I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and it was ready the following Tuesday! They kept me informed about everything with ordering the parts and an estimated time it would be ready the work was phenomenal I highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed

Shout out to Bobs Auto Collision!! My mom was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and Bobs Auto Collision tow truck just happened to be passing by. He pulled over (on his own accord - he was not called out), patched the tire, filled it with air, and got my mom back on the road safely! Thanks for restoring hope in the world :)
