Eddie and crew came by for a warranty repair on our refrigerator. They proactively got us an earlier appointment than originally scheduled. They were fast and responsive. Highly recommend!

Giving a five stars!!! Our Scotsman ice maker stopped working two years ago to date. Had two other company’s come and look at it. Both saying the compressor is bad. Luckily it would have been still under warranty. However the company’s could not offer to fix it. Out of the blue on google, I found this company. Lori answered the phone- she was great, made sure the unit was covered under warranty. She said drop off anytime and we can look at it. Fast forward 8 months till I finally got the ice maker dropped off to there shop. Edward, took a look at it called me in a week, said the compressor is not the issue and all it needed was Bin control part. Replaced that and... read full review
