I am so glad I had the chance to take a class and experience a yoga therapy session with Julia during my vacation this summer! I learned so much from her and left feeling great! Julia herself is amazing and real! She knows how to help those of us with injuries because she's been there! If I'm ever within an hours drive again I will be attending her class!
My daughter is a beginner and she wanted to review basic yoga poses and learn some more advanced things as well! We absolutely loved Julia's class and will be definitely coming Back soon! The environment is clean and relaxing and the people that attend seen like very decent friendly people. My daughter is so excited and can't wait to come again ðŸ˜
