They did well on my suburban a while back. Called in for my prius... 2 fobs and programming for $250. Well, I had a blank one and took it in. Now it's $250 for one of theirs programmed and 175 for programming this one. So, $425. And only one of theirs. What a racket.
Carlos was amazing and took the time to get the right key for the most oddball thing. Wasn’t easy but he never gave up and never made me feel like I was a burden. Highly recommend
I got the replacement fob I needed for my 2017 Mazda, but the overall experience fell a bit short of ideal. The people were courteous and communication was top notch. When I went originally, the fob they had wouldn't work fully (the car would recognize it, but it wouldn't unlock remotely). After consulting with a supervisor, they realized they needed to try another supplier and asked me to return. I did and the new fob worked. I got home and then saw that she had not cut the physical key (I probably should have checked before I left -- fortunately I only live a couple of minutes away). I went back and she tried to cut the key, but it wouldn't open the door.... read full review
