She talked me through the entire process and even gave me an after-care kit. The service was nothing less than spectacular! Thank you!
Ju was extremely nice and chill. She makes you feel comfortable as soon as you come in! Not only did you do an amazing job with my wax she showed me what broken hair follicle looks like and how it can cause ingrown. Though I have been waxing off and on for a couple years she made sure to still talk about aftercare, and she mentioned stuff that I had no idea about. She was also very personable!
