Ryan is a genius & a true lifesaver! My wife's laptop was locked up after upgrading her cell phone and the passwords were associated for each device for her online work. He was able to assess the situation and solved the multiple issues resulting from the phone upgrade promptly. He was attentive to the issues at hand, he knew this was of utmost importance and was able take care of the lost passwords. Highly recommend Ryan for any hardware & software issues that you may be having!!!
