The process of obtaining a new roof after it was damaged by wind could not have been an easier!! Doug Barton was professional, accessible and willing to answer any questions that I had. What I thought would be a stressful process was simple from start to finish.
We started with Antonia and finished with Dustin Bowers. They made the process of roof replacement simple on me and dealt directly with the insurance company. After roof replacement, we STILL had a leak unrelated to the replacement. Dustin followed up, diagnosed the issue which was terribly hidden by the original builder and gathered a new crew to access and fix it once and for all!
