The people at this store are exceptional. They genuinely care about you and want you to succeed in your musical journey. I want to especially recognize Paul as being such a nice, honest, and endearing person to deal with in any transaction. It is truly a unique experience to go somewhere in a retail environment and get VIP service from literally everyone in the building. This is that place.

If there is something you need for a guitar or anything this is the place to go, I would highly recommend them because they know exactly what they are doing and talking about. A huge shout out to Chris the man who took care of me and my dad thank you.

Purchased a new guitar from this school. Absolutely first cabin customer service. Paul answered all my questions and went out of his way make sure I had the correct information before the sale.
