Laci and Alicia are both amazing. I have worked with both of them before. The new salon is stunning & beautifully decorated. They are never overcrowded and are very hospitable. They offer more than just hair styling. They have select spa services, manicures, men’s cuts, shoe cleaning & I’m sure more than what I am aware of. ❤️ The pricing is great in my experience. Thank you, Shear Radiance for never disappointing me.

Chris and his wife are awesome! Super friendly, always personable. They always offer a bottle of water, Chris' set up is awesome, not to mention the cut is always great! Very affordable as well!

Alicia really listened to what we wanted yesterday and gave my daughter the cut and color that completely exceeded our expectations! You can tell she truly care about her clients and takes pride in her work! The new salon location is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a relaxing vibe! Definitely our go-to salon in Hagerstown!
