Had an amazing experience at Pine Dentistry in Hagerstown. Love the staff and Dentist! They found a cavity when doing a routine cleaning for my daughter. They were able to take her right back and fill the cavity. Saved me time and another trip back.

All was good. Timely appointment. Was called back within 10 minutes of arriving at 8am. Dental Hygienist was awesome at station 5. This 6 month cleaning didnt take long at all which is a direct reflection of daily personal brushing. The type of toothbrush & paste matters.
But... Pan X-rays took a dozen times re-doing each position 3 times rather than just once. That's 3x more radiation exposure than was needed. I think they had problem with the xray machine or couldn't line up the xray arm. I was perfectly still after each time the xray arm was re-positioned.

They are good but they can be a little faster on calling patients back. I don't like how this blonde haired woman put bruises on my son below his ear and neck. I'm trying to get ahold of the office to find out who she is. She also had my other son gagging. But the hygienist and dentist were fine. Here are the two pictures I took of my son Noah to show you.
