This is not my usual veterinary office, but I couldn't get an appointment in the next two weeks. My dog had an ear infection and PetVet has a same day walk in service. Check in was very quick and easy and the Dr. and vet tech's were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Diagnosis and testing quickly confirmed a bad ear infection. They thoroughly cleaned my dog's ear's, administered the antibiotics and provided me the aftercare instructions to follow. They even cut my dog's toenails to reduce the scratching and bleeding she was doing. Overall very professional. Thanks.
We definitely had a wonderful experience here. I love the convenience.The location and the ladies were all very nice. And treated my pet with care. However, I am greatly saddened to hear that you are closing this location down.
Huge mistake. Please work something out and stay.
The ladies were very good with my dog and explained everything they were doing. My dog was really comfortable the entire time. I will be back to the hagerstown location for all my vaccine needs.
