Very professional and quick on estimate and service. My laptop was at least 10 yrs old but he had it diagnosed and fixed in less than a day. And the Chris was very upfront and did not try to upset at all. Cost was very reasonable. I'm from st louis area visiting and will bringing another computer for his expert care in near future

Chris performed another miracle on my desktop. It got infected and he was able to restore everything!! It only took a few hours. I had my computer back the same day. Thank you Chris for the service you provide to our community.

I had been fighting an issue on my gaming pc with upgrading the cpu. Found mytech was close to me. I called the store and spoke to Chris and told him what was going on and what I would like to do. Chris was very nice and easy to talk to when I was dropping it off and explaining what I was hoping he could do for my pc. Chris called me after dropping it off and gave me an estimate of what it would be to complete and a timeframe of when he would have it done. Gave him the go ahead and then I got a message about an hour before he said, saying it was done. PC runs beautifully now and I can’t thank Chris enough.
