I run a small business and I hired them for as needed work and they kept trying to sell me expensive monthly packages, even after I declined. Furthermore, I asked them if they could give me a recommendation on phones since I was switching phone providers and with the new phone provider I needed to purchase new phones. They got upset with me when I purchased my own phones (because I could buy them direct for $40 less per phone than through them) because they could not make a commission because they wanted to buy the phones through their provider - even after I had asked them for the recommendation so that I could buy the phones.
