When I contacted Locks Unlimited, I was greeted by a friendly man (I forgot his name) on the phone who listened to my concerns and dispatched my information to Christine. She contacted me in less than 10 minutes and informed me that the locksmith (Brian) could complete the job. Brian arrived at my home shortly thereafter. He was professional and empathetic to my concerns and solved the problem quickly. The entire process from initial contact to resolution was less than 1 hour.
