i have been with Jenna at JCPenny in Hagerstown for five years. I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Jenna is professional, a color and cut expert and continues to manage my styling with suggestions appropriate for season as well as the amount of light in my color and highlights. The salon is managed by Gordon, another professional who handles alll aspects of client concerns with exceptional finesse. The salon team members are service oriented and assist with questions.

Today (august 30th) I woke up and made a bad decision, that ended with blue hair…omg….was totally devastated in that moment….i also had gold tones from bleaching my roots weeks ago…so there was a lot going on..after trying to get the blue out and my hair feeling like straw and everything terrible....i knew that the fix was beyond me and needed professional help ….it was bad ! earlier today, I had stopped at a store and asked the clerk who did her hair, (which was fabulous) and she had told me jc penny’s…..i called jc penny’s at 4:30pm….told them what happened…she asked if I could be there at 6 (beyond grateful)….and that she could fix it…..I want...read full review

This salon has very few experienced personnel. The personnel that is good is always booked. I tried to give it a chance because I had a last minute engagement but it wasn't the best experience. Bottom line you have to find out who are the good ones (very few) and plan your appointments with plenty of time because the fill up fast. Please hire experienced personnel.
