My 83-year-old mother had an issue with bed bugs. We worked with Cody out of the Hagerstown office. He was professional and always on time. He was very patient in answering all my questions. He also gave us some good recommendations for preventative measures in the future.

I'm allergic to bees and have not been stung since paramount started taking care of our property. We are very grateful for them! They do an excellent job managing ground hornets, yellow jackets and bald face hornets.

I have had a very stressful last week! Not only was the branch punctual but Edwin and Don were awesome from the start and made sure I knew what was going to happen. Then I was transferred to Brandon the service manager who has gone above and beyond making me feel a little less stressed! We only had one hiccup in the process but all is well now! Highly recommend the Hagerstown office! They were absolutely awesome and understanding in a super stressful situation!
