Harman Funeral Home (and their Potomac Valley Cremation Center) were truly top-notch for us in every respect. Even though we purchased the most basic of cremation services at a price far more economical than most others in the area, we were provided with truly superior customer service, courtesy, efficiency, patience and true compassion during our difficult time. I cannot imagine it being done better - at any price!
The option to complete all forms online in advance was very helpful to us, and Kellen was extremely patient & helpful, even as we had various delays on our end. She kept working with us (answering our calls & emails promptly) until we got our act together...read full review
