Very understaffed, minimal care & dark & dingy. Administration doesn’t provide notification to family members when patient was transported to hospital. Found out daughter was in hospital when hospital called me for consent for a procedure. There is no one available on weekends to help with patient discharge from hospital. There is no nursing home family meeting, or care plan conference that is typical with other nursing homes.
My partner went here for rehab after having a fall. The place is a total dump. It was dirty, dingy, and totally run down. He hated it and said that the services he recieved were very poor. I do not recommend this place.
There are a lot of negative posts, but I will say this they are massively under staffed, the physical and occupational therapy were fantastic they desperately need more equipment to do there jobs more effectively. But the staff worked very hard to make people comfortable and encouraged them to progress. If I had any issues they did there very best to help and rectify the issue. GOD forbid if I ever had to do this over again I would not hesitate to come back here. Life is what we put in to it. And our minds can dictate alot more than people realize. Have patience and they will take care of you. They have good caring hearts.
