Had great experience at Great Clips, Spark Dr Hagerstown, MD, Amber hairdresser. She was very professional, and offered her expertise in how to cut my hair. I love it, and so apologize for low tip, will make up next time. Been so very nervous with haircuts as have had so many bad experiences.Service: Haircut

I was the last walk-in for the day and they took me in with only ten minutes to closing time. I got friendly service and was treated like I was the first customer of the day. She didn't rush She took her time and did a wonderful job even though I showed up as they were closing. The one and only time that I left a ten dollar tip

I recently came here to get my haircut fixed.They exceeded my expectations and turned what was supposed to be a "salvage" into one of the best haircuts that i have had in years. The staff and manager are very friendly and knowledgable about ALL types of hair.( even extremely curly) This will be my go to place in Hagerstown from now on.
